1- Follow specific diet for pitta which means including leafy greens, mushrooms, sprouts, potatoes, cucumber, cabbage, melons, berries, apples, pears, quinoa, rice, tapioca, kidney beans, lentils, moong dal, black beans to your diet.
2- Don't wash your hair daily instead take a gap of 2-3 days and then wash. Excessive washing of hair can cause damage to natural oil of scalp.
3- Choose Amla oil before a night or choose to oil your hair before 30 minutes of your shower. This will help to nourish and restore natural hair colour.
4- A body massage which is named as herbal body massage abhyanga. This massage includes body massage with warm oil to balance up the dosha.
5- Make sure to use only soothing and mild shampoo. Also, it is important that the shampoo has amla as a major ingredient. This will help to control hair loss and premature greying.
6- Also, use natural henna to colour your hair instead of hair color available in market.
7- The other pitta dosha hair care includes meditation for up to 10-15 minutes which will add up to your hair health.

How to balance pitta dosha?
1- Consume Aloevera juice or Amla juice
One of the thing that can reduce your pitta imbalance is aloevera juice or amla juice which can fight off with liver issues. You just have to consume one of them.
Also, it is important that you choose high quality of juice. Direction to consume:
a- Pour the juice in a spoon full of 1-2 tbsp.
